DRY KIT (mix in a bowl)

• 25 g PUFFED AMARANTH
• 55 g SLICED ALMONDS
• 15 g PUMPKIN SEEDS
• 65 g SUNFLOWER SEEDS
• 80 g REGULAR DATES (chopped)
• 60 g DESSICATED COCONUT POWDER
• 500 g ROLLED OATS
• 60 g BLACK RAISINS
• 55 g APRICOTS (chopped)
• 30 g RED CRANBERRIES
• 50 g BLACK CURRANTS
• 30 g GOJI BERRIES
• Mix all ingredients in a bowl really well.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

• Bake in the small oven @120 degrees for 5 minutes. Cool as per the cooling instructions.

FILLING

• Fill this mix using the filling table in B2B zip lock golden pouch (500 g in each pack)
