Add the following to the food processor

• 150 g ROLLED OATS
• 85 g DESICCATED COCONUT POWDER
• 95 g JOWAR ATTA
• 25 g SUNFLOWER SEEDS
• 40 g RED CRANBERRIES
• 35 g CACAO NIBS
• 135 g DATE SYRUP
• ¹⁄₂ tsp ROCK SALT
• 40 g Morde CHOCOLATE CHIPS
• 35 g BLANCHED ALMOND BUTTER
• Pulse in the food processor until everything is well mixed. DO NOT over mix. (1 pulse = 3 seconds)
• Make cookies. Weight of one cookie : 25g.

BAKING + COOLING

• Bake at 180 degrees for 14 minutes. (Cool completely in the cooling rack.)
