Add the following to the food processor

• 285 g ROLLED OATS
• 285 g OATS ATTA
• 50 g CASHEWS
• 200 g BLACK RAISINS
• 50 g WATERMELON SEEDS
• 13 g GINGER POWDER
• 90 g PRUNES PASTE (make the paste in the steel blender. do not add water.)
• 230 g DATE SYRUP
• 1 tsp ROCK SALT
• 17 g FLAX SEEDS (WHOLE)
• 40 g BLANCHED ALMOND BUTTER
• Pulse in the food processor until everything is well mixed. DO NOT over mix. (1 pulse = 3 seconds)
• Empty the contents into baking tray. Even it out using rolling pin.

BAKING + COOLING

• Bake at 180 degrees for 14 minutes. (Cool completely in the cooling rack.)
• Cut the bars using specified cutters.
