PACK A : JAM SEASONING (fill in small green pouch))

• 20 g CHIA SEEDS
• 10 g LEMON POWDER
• 25 g JAGGERY POWDER
• ¹⁄₄ tsp ROCK SALT
• ¹⁄₄ tsp GINGER POWDER
• ¹⁄₄ tsp CINNAMON POWDER
• (mix all the ingredients in a bowl and fill in the small green pouch.)

PACK B : PRUNES (fill in golden pouch)

• 250 g PRUNES
• (fill in golden pouch)

stick small green pack A to the golden pouch B using paper tape

• (paper tape to be put in the middle of the packs and not at the top.)
